Lisa Williams is president of MEDIA forte marketing, an online marketing agency founded in 1998. Based in Hood River, Ore., the agency now offers a suite of online marketing strategies for mid-size Ecommerce clients with a focus on pay-for-performance. Williams has been featured in Kiplinger magazine, The Oregonian, Glamour magazine and The Boston Globe articles.
She speaks at regional and national conferences including SMX, SMX Advanced, SearchFest, Online Marketing Summit, Internet Strategy Forum and InnoTech. Lisa serves on the SEMpdx (Search Engine Marketing Professionals of Portland Oregon) Board of Directors as their Membership Chair.

Anika likes puzzle-solving, mysteries, and thinking, so programming is a natural for her. She has worked on diverse projects including expert systems, award-winning children’s software, and website development. Anika (because of her background in software development) is the rare developer who tests before she shares. She thrives in finding best practices and making every project better than the last. She has one of the best views of the Columbia River from her office in Hood River, Oregon.

Ryan designs great-looking websites for agencies and small businesses in Vancouver, Canada. His creative process involves a lot of textures, espresso, usability, music, and Photoshop. He has a gift for understanding the magic of design as well as the practicality of usability.
